Having installation problems!!

    Can someone help me out here? I've been trying to install Microsoft Antispyware and other programs and when I click on the installation icon on my desktop the installation window opens and immediately closes and I cannot install the program.


    Does anyone know what is going on and how I can fix it? :confused:

    Are you double clicking? That's necessary to start the program.

    Adderlyn - Welcome to the Board :)

    Move the Microsoft AntiSpyware installation executable file (.exe) from the Desktop to a folder on your hard drive and try the installation from there.
