Resolved Have XP Pro CD, want to reinstall XP Home

    I have a genuine copy of XP Home installed, with activation code. I'd like to try reinstalling to see if it overcomes some issues. I only have an XP Pro CD (without a spare licence). Is it possible to install XP Home using the XP Pro CD?

    I doubt it, just thought I'd ask!

    No, but if you can borrow an XP Home installation CD you should be able to make a Repair install, using your COA of course :)
