[Inactive] Have been attacked with Suspicious .cloud.9 I believe I have been corrupted with a virus. It appeared short time ago when I noticed my IE 11 hompage was changed. No matter how many times I changed it back to what I want when I reopen IE 11 it starts with the Bing site. Always Bing. I have Norton 360 installed but it failed to detect this problem. The next obsevation was that a Norton window would appear stating that it auto protected me from Suspicious.cloud.9. I also had a window saying that Goozbo has been prevented. I also have a window saying that:C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\Install_5452\ytd.exe. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. I have run a Norton full scan 3 times. I did a live tech chat with a Norton tech. He used a Norton Eraser to scan my system. This has not solved the problem. I have done everthing that was given In win BBS thread from Arie. I have downloaded: Zemana Antilogger free 22.214.171.1240 ; Malwarebyte and Malware Chameleon. I have run each of these 3 times. The problem still exists. The DDS download does not happen. I keep getting a mesage that it has a compatability problem. This happens in IE 11 and Chrome.
