    lj50,

    Know some of them -

Backweb - often installed on HP m/c's and may be regarded as spyware.

Bigfoot is an email forwarding, etc site

VeriSign - Credit Card security - verifies security of buy on line sites - you must have seen this :) ?

WhereWho - many hits on Google - no idea.

Best course of action - run Spybot and AdAware - update their reference files immediately.

Run Spybot before AdAware and delete all they find.

If any of these remain assume they are OK

That's nothing to do with AdAware or Spybot.

OK - export each of those registry entries to a safe place, say My Documents. Then delete the entries from the registry. If there is a problem double click on the saved reg files in My Docs to merge it back into the registry.
