"Harnessing" Administrator rights

    I was just wondering what some of you do when a program requires a user to have administrator rights. What do you do to stop the user from installing whatever he/she wants.

    Is there a way to restrict the privileges of a user with administrator rights? Can you use group policy to control privileges?
