I recently did a repair install. during this I got a screen that says cannot locate sysagp.* in the folder c:\windows\sisagp . I pressed cancel and went on with the setup.

when setup finished I could not change my desktop resolution higher then 600x800.

when try to do a driver reïnstall, it says there is no such device.

I went to hardware and there was no display adapter in the devices section.

it's an integrated gpu: sis 650

how can I resolve this problem?

    regards, mindbug

A couple things you can try:

Under the View tab in Device Manager, click to show hidden devices. If it is there, try updating the driver, or uninstalling and reinstalling any display adapters that may appear there.

If not there, do a search for new hardware.
