Hard Drive Question?

Can I install two hard drives on my computer? I want the 2nd hard drive to be accessed by another user only and the 1st drive by myself.

Depends on the computer. Look in the manual or the website for the OEM to find the answer. If not, an alternative would be to add an external drive via USB.

As far as I know, can't restrict by drive, what you can do is setup limited user accounts to restrict what a user can do such as updating/deleting.

One trick, as far as "seeing" folders - make them "hidden" and only the Admin account would be abe to view the folders.
