My new WD 120 USB h/d install manual says it is preformatted as Fat 32. During installation, however, it somehow got reformatted as NTFS. My boot disk drive is Fat 32. Am I in for any problems here? Using XP (Home).

    Basically - No

Windows XP supports NTFS, FAT32 and FAT file systems. The only potential problem that could arise is that you cannot access NTFS from MS-DOS, Win 95 thru' Me or NT 4

For more info see Help & Support - NTFS
