gray box in my mozilla explorer

    Welcome to the board. Can you tell us what product and version number you are using? For example, I use Firefox version 2.0.0.3. Also, where is this gray box? Please give us as much detail as you can.

    Is there any text, or icon beside the box. By "box" do you mean an empty field, like the Location Bar with no text? Click on the image below to see if this is similar, or like what you're describing. However, this is not a gray box...
