[Active] Google Redirect & Anti-Virus sites blocked

My logs are available below, but I'll give a full description of my issues first.

I stupidly downloaded a divx codec yesterday which contained a virus which I've removed already, but since then I've had serious issues with my laptop.

1. My computer restarted after virus removal but after loading windows fully I had a blue screen of death.

2. Blue screen of death happened 3 more times after loading up windows.

3. I attemped a system recovery for 24 hours before I had problems but it failed.

4. I attempted a system recovery from 5 days ago and it also failed.

5. I notice that when i visit google and search for a term, when i click on the websites listed I am redirected (these open as a new tab in firefox and a new window in IE)

6. I was unable to run both MalwareByes and Spybot Search and Destroy.

7. Norton 360 picked up nothing when I did a detailed scan (as usual).

8. 90% of sites providing free spyware/adware removal programs appear as 'broken' or 'missing' but friends can visit them without error as can my desktop computer.

Normally google redirects would not bother me, but being unable to use my spyware and adware scanners is an issue. Also, as an attempt to fix the issue I've tried several over recomended detect and destroy programs for malware and adware, none worked after download, host websites were not accessable and in two cases during installation I recieved a blue screen of death.

Basically, I've heard of this problem before but I don't have a name to place on it and as I can't use 90% of the scanners I've downloaded I'm a bit stuck. I'm still getting blue screens of death randomly too.

Please help?

EDIT: Whilst I waited for a reply I did some more research inside these forums and followed some steps recomended on another thread and it seems to have worked! However I'm still doing a few scans using spybot search and destroy and Malwarebytes to ensure theres nothing left behind.

I can also see, that your Norton AV is listed as disabled.

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
1. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
2. Close any open browsers.
3. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
• Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results ".
• Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
• Close any open browsers.
• WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
• Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
• If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
4. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
5. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
6. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Make sure, you re-enable your security programs, when you're done with Combofix.

Thankyou for your reply, I ran combofix and then managed to scan with MalwareBytes and Spybot Search and Destory which located and removed the left over bits of the viruses (there were two of the same virus apparantly). Unfortunately Combobox seems to have damaged my touch pad software somehow, so I'll be posting about that very soon.

Thank you again.

I didn't ask you to run Malwarebytes, or Spybot.
I need to see Combofix, and HJT logs.
