Google links don't work?

    I use IE 7.0.5730.11. My home page for as long as I can remember has been Google.com. This past week something happened and now after I get the results of a search none of the links will open. They just hang the new window or tab, I tried both. So I cannot use Google as my search engine as I have for about forever. Any Ideas?

    I d/l'd IE7 to another computer on my network. Then is installer over the previous install and then fixed the problem.
