   My OS is Windows 7 SP1, and my anti-virus/anti-spyware program is Norton. My ISP is Xfinity. I have a Dell 530 N PC. I've downloaded numerous versions of Chrome installer. None of them will install Google Chrome. Any thoughts about what is blocking a Chrome install?

   What happens/doesn't happen when you try to install?
   
   Have you tried right clicking on the download file and selecting Run as Admin?

   Download the Chrome installer here and save it. Close browser, double click the download and run the installer.
