Google Chrome broswer isn't working.

So this started yesterday.

Google Chrome was working fine, everything was streaming but then suddenly it took very lengthy amount of time to just load a new tab. This has happened before, about a year ago.

It seems to be a pattern for Google Chrome. I'm hoping if there's anybody that can help me fix this.

I've already scanned my computer using Super-antispyware and Malwarebytes. Super-antispyware didn't pick anything up, but Malware has quarantined a PUP.
