Google Adwords problem

Need some help please re. Adwords. This is the address FYI :-

"Google Adwords" was working fine until this week. Now it does absolutely nothing when I complete the fields & press the button "Get Keyword Ideas" . It's the same in Firefox and IE. My computer is up to date with all patches etc.

I've tried disabling the firewall completely, to no avail.

I don't know if this is related or a separate problem but I'll mention it here. If I display the webpage in Firefox as an IE webpage OR I run IE and display the webpage, I get various "A Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug" popups. The last of which says :-

'kpKeywordPlanner.getActiveProvider()' is null or not an object

If anybody has any thoughts as to whats occurring I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Thanks, but a friend of mine has no problems with it. (He tried it within the hour). Mine still doesn't work.

 

The settings are as per your advice.

When I go into the site in IE, a popup appears immediately -

Upon pressing the "Get Keyword Ideas" button, I repeatedly get a similar popup to the one above but with

'kpKeywordPlanner.getActiveProvider()' is null or not an object

as the Error.

I live in Thailand. I have a feeling it may be a problem with my ISP. My friend is with a different provider and has no such problems.

 

Thanks for the advice, but just tried 'Adwords' in Thai and French and the result is always the same.
