    My name is Ken. I am a computer technician by trade. Hardware savvy but, being one of the 'Old School' who started out on ancient mainframes, I am not so hot with software issues. Hopefully I will learn from you folks but also I will try to respond to any issues raised on subjects that I am able to help with.

    Keep on smiling. It makes people wonder just what you've been doing!
