    Hi jazzbo,

I don't have this app, but your first port of call should be the Roxio (?) website to check for patches, updates, compatibility, etc.

You could try uninstalling it, installing SP1 and then re-installing it.

    Hi jassbo

Had GoBack 3.1 on my XP Pro when first purchased (SP1 already installed). Have ugdated current to v3.11.59. Has worked flawlessly. Would suggest checking out the home site. Ahem to GoBack saving my butt!!!!

GoBack 3.1 is compatible with your xp upgrade. However, in order to install xp you have to first uninstall GoBack, then install xp and then reinstall GoBack. I read about this a while ago at Roxio's web site. I'll see if I can find the page for you.
