Glad to join for all the help I need!

Hi All,
My name is Joyce & I am fairly new to PC's although I have learned a lot since I joined BBS in 2005 so I am no longer a beginner. I do still need all the help I can get so bear w/ me when I need your help in case I am not stating my problem correctly.
I will take all info into consideration before attempting anything & will appreciate all suggestions given to me about my post.
I will also be glad to give any input into anyone else's posts to the best of my knowledge.
