    Hello

I was wondering if it's possible to get XP''s new Service Pack 2 thru 98 and install it on a drive with a fresh install of XP? I've got 98se on one drive and and XP on another drive (same system). Before going any further (add programs, internet, etc...) I'd like to get the Service Pak 2 installed. Is there a way to download it within 98, burn to a cd (Nero 5.5) and install to XP?

Should be no problem. Download SP2 here and burn it to a cd. Boot to XP and run it off the cd or copy it from the cd to the HD and run it from there. It's your choice. Either way should work.
