getting rid of annoying aol message [re. viewpointkiller]

    i have viewpointkiller on my computer that uses windows 98. the viewpointkiller is working as i no longer have the viewpoint media player anywhere on the computer, however every time i get on aol i get the message that it needs to install or update files for it. how do i make this message stop once and for all?

    re getting rid of annoying aol message

    ive answered my own question. i took aol off the computer and just use internet explorer. problem solved! :)
