Get Administrator Rights

If wrong forum, my apology.

Just received a "free" machine (Dell Dimension XPS T600r, running Windows XP). Previous owner was going to throw it out. Anyway, the machine is configured with 2 user accounts both requiring passwords, as well as a guest user account not requiring a password, but without any administrator rights. I would like to gain access to the user account with the administrator rights, so that I can delete unwanted user accounts, and configure the machine to my requirements. Any known way that I can gain access to the account with the administrator rights without knowing the password?

I know how to do that but I'm not gonna tell you.

Besides, I think the board rules forbid it.

You need to go back to the original owner for that info or dump and reinstall.

I know this isn't the answer you want but it's probably the only one you can get. Sorry.

Well, so be it! No malfeasance intended, and none ocurred. I respect and wish to abide by the board rules. I will pursue "dump and reinstall ".
