When I connect to WiFi I get this error msg: "Generic Host Process Win32 encountered a problem and needs to closeâ€. Sent report to MSFT 12 times.
Error contains szAppName: szAppVer 0.0.0; szModName: unknown; szModVer 0.0.0.0 Offset 00000000.
    Tech Info: C:\Documen\DonBei\locals\Temp\WER4.tmpdir00\svhost.exe.mdprp
    C:\Documen\DonBei\locals\Temp\WER4.tmpdir00\appcompat.txt
Shortly thereafter my Dell is frozen unresponsive to CAD and requires a power off shut down. Dell says this is due to a virus that eTrust EZ Antivirus cant find. But since Dell doesnt speak English anymore, perhaps I or they misunderstood. This has happened both times that I have connected to WiFi at different places. The odds of a virus doing this must be 1 in several million!

The odds are MUCH greater than 1 in several million because the virus-malware is hiding on your computer, thus the odds are more like "every connection attempt" you are at risk!

Have a look at these recommendations:
