the problem is the "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem" message
the format didn't solve the problem
the windows update has nothing to do with it
i cant find the right way to deal with the issue
any suggestions will be highly appreciated ....

i'm following what you've suggested

 

hum so far I had to deal with a mean win32vitro virus ..I found out how to beat it without
formatting your hd's(cant even do that!!) this virus like some others take possession of admin permission you have to go in advance security settings and change all permissions
for all the files under your title(admin in safemode) the easiest way is to right click on your hd letters with explorer...go properties then security,then advance..you'll see some weird owners delete that one and all the owner that don't belong there; of course before doing this I had to disconnect all my hard drives(4 of them ) reinstall windows fresh and start from there,then connect one hd at a time scan the sucker and change permission on all the files on each harddrive...4 days later i'm back in control and wiped out mrwin32vitro...its a long process but doable I used avast home edition and zonealarm..hope this helps (peers sharing programs and reg cleaners are bad man!!)

First let me say that this problem may or may not be malware related

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem could be any number of problems, hence the word Generic and could be very hard to find.

Now please do these in the order given.

• Please go to Jotti's malware scan
  
• Copy and paste the following file path into *the * "File to upload & scan "box on the top of the page: one at a time
  
  • c:\program files\sahlisoft\tacbord 2.0\bin\tcb_guard.exe
• Click on the submit button
  
• Please post the results in your next reply.

Please double click on your time on the bottom right, In the window that opens click on the Internet Time tab tell me if there is a error message given in the window there and what it says if there is one.
