Inside msconfig, when I try to disable or enable certain items in startup or services , I receive the following message:
"An Access Denied error was returned while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using an Administrator account to make the specified changes."

Mine is a home office 2-computer system. How do I give myself an Administrator account?
