Resolved Gadgets not show desktop clock.

I required to carry out a complete restore of my computer and now the desktop clock is no longer present. Gadgets has no clock and clicking search for more gadgets displays that Microsoft has now discontinued this add on.
Can I download a desktop clock from the internet?

 

Did you use your Win 7 disc to do this? Should be on there. Just did the grandson's laptop last week and they are there.

 

Yes used the Windows 7 disk, gadgets are installed but no clock.

 

Try this:

Click, Start>>>Type, gadget>>>Restore desktop gadgets installed with Windows
