Which of these is the better card? I have an idea it's the GeForce2 but I'm not an avid gamer and I've never been up on the differences between the various 3D cards. I found documentation on Jaton's websites that gives me specs but I can't find any on Gigabytes. Anyone have an idea?

    Jaton 3D GeForce2 MX200 32MB SDR
    model no. 3DFORCE2 MX-32

    or

Gigabyte 32MB ATi Rage 128 Pro AGP Card SDR
    model no. GV-AG32S-R

    Thanks,

    Gary

I can't say anything specific about the brands of the cards, but regarding the chipsets I think I can safely say go with the GeForce 2 MX.

My wife originally had the Creative Labs 3D Blaster GeForce 2 MX (before they were divided up into the 200 and 400 line), but we tried to change the card because she had lockups we suspected were linked to the graphics card, but she still has the lockups with her "new" card an ATI Rage pro 128 and the graphics performance has degraded very much... so it seems like we need to upgrade the MoBo instead.... :(

Jaton - hands down. Have plenty of experience with both, no comparison - notta! Even works in a Kilz environment regardless of brain cramps.
