    Hi all,

Has anybody encounterd fuzzy e-mail font (In OE6) since installing IE 7 ?

I went to the advanced tab (In internet options) and disabled clear type, but it has not helped OE6 any.

    Thanks,

Edit: I have a CRT monitor.

    So much for IE7.

I uninstalled it and went back to IE6 for now. According to the newsgroups, there are a lot of people having problems with fuzzy fonts after switching to the new browser.

I thought was a bit of a resource hog too....Just my opinion though.

IE 7 has (ClearType) font smoothing switched on by default. You can switch it off from Tools > Internet Options, Advanced tab, uncheck Use ClearType under the Multimedia header.

Yes, I saw that and changed it, but for some reason the fonts in Outlook Express 6 never cleared up. Sometimes, if I clicked on a link from an e-mail, my browser font would be fuzzy too.

Must be some minor bug or something that needs to be addressed in IE 7.

    Hahaha. Thanks Steve :D

My vision's pretty good for someone my age. But I can't read some of the fine print as well as I used to.

Might better make that eye dr. appointment in the near future.
