Functions in word

Well at long last I have achived both the task's and feel quite proud I took your answers down in print and hey presto sent my first e-mail from word and I was able to edit a scanned text document. The Software for the ORC needed me to tell it where to send the scan as oposed to the default picture editor, so I choose word and am now very happy to have learnt 2 more tasks. [On this new computer with XP]
