I have been using Frontpage for several versions but FP2003 has a couple of things I can't sort out.
Namely - the option of inserting Navigation and Page Banner are not available to me, they are greyed out.
and yet, if I go to the same website using my laptop (which is using XP as my desktop does) but has FrontPage2000 installed, the options are there and can be used.

Any clues to this one? anyone.

    Cheers

Thanks irdreed but likewise, in search I come with with what I should be able to do but the problem is that I can't because the menu choices of Navigation and also Page Banner are greyed out so they aren't available for me to use them.
I don't know what I need to do to activate them as in all other versions I have used they were there available to use once I installed FrontPage.

    Cheers

Sorry 'bout that, in re-reading I see that I overlooked that in your original post.

Have you tried a repair install of FP2003?

Also, in the Compare FP2003 web pages, it seems to me that those features are still available, even in your version.

    Just located this....hope it helps.

Fix Greyed out Selections - Select 'Tools | Page Options | Compatibility' from the drop down in normal view and select 'custom' in the choices. Check the technologies you want to use.
