Frontier DSL/Modem Problems

    This may be a stretch but ever since Frontier has taken over for Verizon in NE Ohio, I have had nothing but problems with my DSL slowing down, my modem working on and off, wireless sometimes detects my laptops and phones, sometimes it says they are online when they are not and vice versa.

    I have had my modem recently upgraded by Frontier, have had the techs out, even feed them at my place of business while questioning them and still the service is flaky. I have gone online to search to see if others have this same problem and it appears they do - all over the country with Frontier.


    My question is this: is there any possibility that maybe a big time BUG has gotten into their servers and is really messing things up and they are chasing it.

    Just a thought.

    Sounds like if there is a bug it has a fancy title like CEO...President of Operations:eek:
