from scracth install and service pack 3

    Hello,
    I am about to build a new systems and install win 2K from scratch. Once the CD is installed I will need to do the updates off the MS site.
    I seem to recall service pack 3 coruppting the add/remove programs modul in the past. Has that been fixed? Should I not install service pack3?

    Anything else I need to know?
