    www.ftpx.com
The newest version is a 15 day trial.
The older version 1.0 is completely free.
No difference betwen this & the newer version except newer is not free.
    From the included license:
FTP Explorer is FREE for home or educational use.
It will run w/out a registration, no spyware or adware or nags.
No install required either, just unzip to a folder & run it.
    Get it here:

    FTP Explorer

    Hi TonyT,
Thanks for the info. I have downloaded the program and FTP'd a jpg to my website. I tried to upload a WMA file about 1.8 meg and it aborts. Do you know if this is unusual or impossible.
    Thanks again
    Lewis

Are you behind a firewall or using dsl? If so, set to use passive mode. Upload failures will result in a message at the bottom frame. What's the error message say?

Filezilla comes in client and server. Both are free and are sourceforge projects. do a google search. They work really well.

    Hi All,
Thanks for the help, I am using FTP Explorer and it works well. I think the problem was with my ISP.
    Thanks again.
