Free FTP software

    Does anyone know/reccomed a good FTP program that i can use to transfer file between my space and my pc. Road Runner doesnt give one for free and the one i was using just expired. I amm trying to avoid having to pay for one. thanks as always

    thanks, for some reason Road Runner wont let me use IE to do FTPing

    I do not know for sure If I am talking about the same thing or not.

    But, I use RR and use Cute FTP to Upload and download files for my Web Pages.

    I was using it for both Cable ( RR ) and Earthink Dial-Up servers.

    It is all on RR server now.

    OOPS !!! I goofed.

    I now C U said it would not let you use IE.

    I have RR and use IE to get to my Host's server:ftp://Username:Password@home.cox.rr.com/

    You MUST sign up for and activate your Personal Web Space with your RR ISP. You will be given FTP instructions or if you already have signed up for tyhe free web space and know the ftp server address, then make sure you type it correctly in IE address bar. Notice that my RR isp PWS domain is home.cox.rr.com
