Have not seen this question. Each time I go on-line, IE displays an annoying msg across the bottom of the screen: 'The Foxit PDF Creator Toolbar add-on from 'Ask.com' is ready for use. click 'Enable' to complete'. If you click 'Don't enable' then the nest time IE is opened, it appears again. You can close message, but appears at next IE opening.

I do not wish to uninstall the toolbar, just want it to stop showing this message. It is not checked in View.

Can I get some way to stop this notification? It does no harm, just a hazzle.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Manage Add-ons and enable the Ask bar there.

See if that stops the notification.
