Inactive Found a Virus

[Inactive] Found a Virus

Hello, Did a scan...tower running ok but did find a virus.How should I go about getting rid of this? I do have Norton Installed and It did not pick this up. I will be sending one from my laptop also later. That Is really running slow and hard to close programs.
