forwarding email message w/attachment ???

This is a question (not critical) that I am puzzled about??
I received an email message w/attachment, the attachment reads CAP JPG (1.98 KB) Before the word cap there is a small picture icon. I was able to read the entire message and view the small picture that was the attachment, but - - - - when I tried to forward this entire message w/attachment a box from outlook express came up telling me, one or more of the pictures in this message could not be found. When you send this message these pictures will not be included.
I have had no trouble with receiving email w/attachments & pictures before, so, I am hoping someone out there could explain this problem.

P.S. The entire message was open when I clicked on to view it.

It could be that the image is not linked or embedded into the eamail. Try to manually attach it to an outgoing email and see if it will send that way...
