I use Comcast cable online service and Outlook Express. My Internet's working fine; I can go to web sites, use AIM, etc... However, when I open OE and click Send/Receive, I get no messages. The problem is, I know at least a dozen people have e-mailed me. This is a big problem as I use this e-mail address for business and this problem will cause requests to go unanswered. Any one have any idea how to fix this mystery? The weird thing is that if I go to www.Comcast.net and check my e-mail on there, there's no new mail either.

This happens at times. Your ISP may have the mail server down for maintenance. If you call their number, you'll probably get a recording about the email system being down. While this is going on, you can still surf around.

Go to the on-line email and click the options button. You'll see:

    E-mail Addresses

Your account is set up so that you can receive mail with any of the following addresses:

    srjonesxx@comcast.net

Is the email address you see the one you are wanting to use?
