Font load error message fail code 0016?

    I was booting with the Bootlog.txt option to check on a minor bug. I noticed several font files had "loadfailure = ?????.ttf fail code 0016 ". I looked in the MS KB but didn't have much luck finding an explanation. This is so for "loadfailure=naapi.vxd file not found ".

    I'd appreciate some help exploring these error messages.
