    Dears;

    Before installation of fresh copy of MS Office, the copy of all "Flaged" mails automatically created in a folder name "Follow up" but now i did not find that folder at folder tree. Please explain if there is any setting as I could find?

    Which version of Outlook?

    Have you "flagged" any mail? Maybe doing so will create the folder.

    The folder in question is a Search Folder. To re-create it choose File > New > Search Folder from Outlook's menu.

    You can also open the New Search Folder menu by pressing the key combination Ctrl+Shift+P. Highlight Mail flagged for follow up and click OK.
