Folder click runs an application

    I must have made a system change without realizing it but now when I left click on a folder,instead of opening, it runs the app that is the default app for displaying graphics

    I tested by creating a NEW folder, and it does the same thing.

    Where do I change the default when I click to open a foldelr.

    Win Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File Types

    Thanks for the fast reply

    I have been away for a week and had not done any system mods so I just did a system restore to just before I left. That solved the problem.

    I did check the location you suggested and saw the fix. I don't know why that option is even there. Why would anyone want to open a file by clicking on a folder?
