    When I click on a picture to open it, a message comes up " flash unavailable ". have adobe flash player 20 active X installed. all windows up dates are installed. Any help appreciated,

    Evan, It took me about 30 minutes to understand the directions. But when I uninstalled Active X the problem was solved. Thanks for the info. best wishes, Johnny
