    Hi abm. To find out what version of flash player you have on the computer, click Start< Control Panel< Add/Remove Programs< Highlight Flash Player and then click the link that says Click here for support information. If you are using Flash Player 9 then I would recommend that you upgrade to Adobe Flash Player 10 which is available for download here.
