Resolved FLAC files won't open

    Files refuse to open. message: File can not be opened because file is open in another program. The files are always open in another program when I drag them to the desktop (so they can be added to Flac. None of my software has changed. Any ideas?

    For some reason I was able to open them by copying to desktop, where typically I just drag them to the desktop. Don't know why this time was different.
