Hello I have Norton's Internet Security 2002 installed and it has done a good job up to this point. The firewall is keeping me off line . I cannot pull up an internet page or e-mail with the firewall enabled. I have set all the options to auto config. Nothing helps , I turn off the firewall and everything works great. Anyone know how to fix this??
I have run Adaware , Spy-Bot, and did a scan at Trend Micro . Nothing shows up . No virue or mal ware. I did all the updates for Norton's .
This has recently started . New subscription on the AV about 6 months ago.

I don't use Norton Internet Security, but I do have experience with software firewalls.

Sounds like your problem is with the configuration of the Norton Firewall. I don't think Spybot...has anything to do with it.

If Norton has a configuration page, I would check to see if it is allowing outbound connections. By default it should deny incoming. Outbound connections is the problem.

Have you by change gone to the symantec site and searched there KBase. I have always gotten good support with respect to enterprise antivirus support.
