Firefox won't open

Hi,

When I open Firefox, it won't open. I get the error message to "notify Microsoft about this problem." I'm using XP. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Any ideas?

I have never had such a problem, but, in general uninstalling and reinstalling does not cut it. One thing that you don't say is if it always did that, or is that a relatively new thing. Did you install something new? Can you open it in Safe Mode? (go to Start|All Programs|Mozilla Firefox| Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).
This will open it with no added Themes or Addons. Also what version Firefox is this supposed to be?
