Since I ran the last Firefox update when I open Firefox it opens with two tabs, the first tab with Mozola welcome page ...and the second tab with my homepage.
Also it seems to take forever For Firefox to open up, this has been going on for a while now and I get alot of "Firefox not responding' messages. I switched from IE to Firefox a few years ago because Firefox was so much faster, now I'm thinking about finding another browser because it seems just as slow.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled to try to fix the above issues but no change.

Thanks to anyone who can help !

The only one I would be able to delete is my home page, I don't see a way to delete the Mozola tab.

Click the X on the upper right of the welcome page.

Yes it looks like that. My home page is "my Yahoo" & that is what is in the home page box, but the Mozola page opens in the first tab & my home page opens in the second tab

The welcome page should have a "bar" along the top w/ an X. Use the X to close it.

sorry can't post a screen shot. It's the Firefox up dated page... and there is no x at the top, I even went as far as to hide my tool bars thinking maybe it was hiding the x but it was'nt. It happened when I did the last Firefox up date & I downloaded the update from the lil tab that pops up telling you an update is available.

I don't have an add on to do screen shots unless you can tell me a way to do it.

1. Press the print screen button on the keyboard.
2. Open MSPaint. (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint)
3. Paint: Edit Menu > Paste.
4. Save image.

Also, the FF Welcome page is in Bookmarks, just delete it.

Broni ...

Not to be a butinsky but, in order to post a screenshot in a message on the BBS, one has to be at least a Contributing Member.

The alternative requires access to a website where one can load a screenshot, then post a link to it, as you did in your Tools > Options... post.

The link you posted for Gadwin PrintScreen takes one to the Gadwin site, where the price for the program is $25, with no indication that there may be a free version. However, there are plenty of free screen capture programs available, with many of them downloadable from SnapFiles.

- Gadwin PrintScreen 4.x (Freeware)
Thanks. I'm aware about problem with posting in-line images, but there are plenty of free hosting sites, like: http://www.filedropper.com/
