    Hello everyone,

I am trying to assist a friend who is unable to connect to any web pages using Firefox and Internet Explorer. He is able to communicate with me through Skype, so it's definitely not an internet connectivity issue.

He said this started happening while using Lavasoft's Adaware.

I had him do this command:

Start > Run > enter cmd
    ping www.google.com

    Here are the results:

    Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

Hopefully there is someone out there who can help me to help him.

    Thank you for your time.
