Hi, I have a problem with my explorer. I use Firefox as my default browser for my computer, but it happens even when I use Internet explorer. Now here's the problem:

It seems, my browser(Firefox) seems to time out every 10-15m then takes about 2-3 even 5 m to kinda get the connection time. At this same time, I run Other internet programs and they stay connected so I know I'm not getting disconnected but I don't know why my browser keeps timing out. Even when I don't run any other program but my browser it times out....

I usually run the following programs:
    World of Warcraft
    Ventrilo
    AIM
    MSN Live
    Windows Media player
    Norton

I have a pretty good computer, I built iy myself, it runs nicely. The only thing I cant seem to grasp my hands on is this one small problem. I don't know if its a problem with my firmware, or simply my browser or I have a virus.

Its either simple or complicated...I have no clue >.<

If anyone can help me out I would be most gracious, pardon my rudeness if this isn't the right thread but I though it was most appropriate since I use Firefox.

    Thanks,
    Frost

    Hi Frosty,

Use an alternative browser for some time & let us know the result. There is a known problem while playing some flash files.

Since it happens with Firefox and IE, it must be something deeper in. Have you tried to do a search for:
    There is a lot there.

How are you connected to the internet?
I'm assuming you have broadband. Are you wired directly to the modem, through a router or WIFI connection?
