I have a small down arrow to the right of the forward and back arrow. No trick there, as long as the arrows are not grayed out.

Is it with the extension, I mentioned, or without it?
Maybe my skin matters....I use "CloudGnome "

Try to go back to the original extention, and see. I am using the Firehawke extention which is similar to the one given, and I am doing fine with nothing added.

It must be my skin, because I just tried Firefox's default theme, and one other, and dropdown arrows are there.
I'm gonna complain to my skin maker, and we'll see what happens.
    Thanks anyway:)

This happens a number of times. The Theme and Extention makers must be alerted of their drawbacks. some are very responsive, others don't bother with extra work. They don't get paid for it, after all.

....or left click on the arrow to the immediate right of the back arrow (I don't have anything the other way, but would expect to be the same way).
