I was impressed this morning by Firefox 2, Restore Session feature.
I was in the middle of writing a post / answer for a hardware thread on wBBS when I had to get to the back of my computers. Now as most of us, this area is a jungle of wires. I needed to unplug a Ethernet jack/cable first from the NIC, then from the router to check NIC LED status. During this process my free hand decided to find a resting spot on the on/off toggle switch for the power bar. We'll you know the rest, including all them 4 letter words which raced through my head. I powered up my computer and loaded Firefox, which gave me time to try to remember all I had posted so I could rekey it in. After Firefox loaded, it gave me the option to restore/load my last session, which I took and took me directly to my open post screen .... and in front of my eyes displayed the entire un-submitted post, not a letter was missing .... impressive. :D
Try to beat that Mr. Bill ;)
