I have a whole folder with files that no longer appears in Windows Explorer.
The only way that I can see them is by using Start->Search. Then they show up.
Any ideas about making them "come back "?
    Thanks

I suspect the folder has the hidden attribute.

In Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options View > Show hidden files & Folders.

Does this fix it? If so right click on the folder > properties and uncheck 'hidden'.

  3. to hide this advert.

    Thanks for the reply.
No, I had already done that and I can't see the folder at all in Explorer. The only way I can see the files is through 'Search'.

I'm afraid I must plead ignorance. What are the 3 ways?
